Why the BMBO Way?

So why the BMBO Way? Stories about successful offshore software development projects are not heared of very often. Of course these stories do exists, but there are also a lot of disappointments and outright failures. At BMBO we believe that this is due to the following causes:

• Offshore developers do not understand the customer's business
• Customer has no insight in the development process

We believe that there are a number of factors that determine the success of an offshore development project:

We aim to be a bridge between the Customer and the Supplier providing the following standardized services:

• Distributed development environment
• Centralized issue and time-tracking
• Experienced project managers assigned to each project

To enable this, we have created a process focussed on creating transparency and flexibility for all parties involved in the project. Core concepts in this process are our development environment, which is accessible to all members of the project and our agile development method, ensuring a flexible and adaptive way of working. BMBO will take the role as 'mediator' and/or will take full responsibility for delivery of the project.
